The gorgeous Miss Virginia has partnered with St. Baldrick’s to raise $500K in a quest to cure pediatric cancer — and then she is shaving her head on National Television. Joey Mirabile — monsignor of Joey’s Hot Dogs, home of the BEST DAMN HOT DOGS in Richmond — is donating 100% of the proceeds at his location on April 1 to St Baldrick’s.

Miss Virginia, Tara Wheeler, is appearing at Joey’s (10400 Ridgefield Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23233, (804) 740-0860) to meet folks during lunch.
